These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aura Healing Hub website and platform, located at https://aurahealinghub.com, operated by Forma Nova Sketchbook, LLC ("we," "us," or "our").

Aura Healing Hub is currently in beta. Features, pricing, and functionality are subject to change as we continue to develop the platform. We appreciate your participation in helping us build something meaningful.

1. Nature of the Platform

Aura Healing Hub is an online therapist directory platform. Our Services allow users to browse, search, and filter profiles of licensed mental health professionals who have self-identified as having cultural competency training and experience.

Aura Healing Hub is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or licensed mental health organization. We do not employ therapists. We do not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, treatment, or any clinical mental health services. We are a technology platform that facilitates discovery and connection between clients and independent licensed professionals.

2. Eligibility

By using Aura Healing Hub, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from or market to anyone under 18. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will deactivate their account and delete their information promptly.

By accessing our Services, you also represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you will comply with these Terms.

3. Not Medical Advice

Nothing on this platform — including therapist profiles, filter results, AI-powered matching suggestions, community reviews, or any other content — constitutes medical advice, a clinical assessment, or a substitute for professional mental health treatment.

Your use of this platform to identify and connect with a therapist does not establish a therapeutic relationship between you and Aura Healing Hub. Any therapeutic relationship is solely between you and the independent licensed professional you choose to engage with.

Always seek the advice of a qualified mental health professional with any questions you may have regarding a mental health condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay in seeking it because of something you read or found on this platform.

4. Crisis and Emergency Situations

Aura Healing Hub is not a crisis service and is not equipped to respond to emergencies. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact one of the following immediately:

• 911 — For immediate physical danger

Aura Healing Hub expressly disclaims any liability for harm arising from a user's reliance on this platform during a crisis or emergency situation.

5. AI-Powered Features

Aura Healing Hub offers an AI-powered cultural matching quiz (currently in development) designed to suggest therapists whose backgrounds, specialties, and cultural competencies may align with your preferences and needs.

Important limitations:

• AI matching results are not clinical assessments and do not constitute a diagnosis, treatment plan, or medical recommendation.
• Matching suggestions are based on self-reported information from both users and therapists. We do not guarantee the accuracy of these suggestions.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating and selecting any therapist you choose to contact or engage with.
• AI features are in beta and subject to change, improvement, or removal without notice.

6. Therapist Listings

Therapist profiles on Aura Healing Hub are created and maintained by the therapists themselves. While we require therapists to attest to their licensure and cultural competency training, Aura Healing Hub does not independently verify every credential, license, certification, or claim made in a therapist's profile.

We strongly encourage users to:

• Verify a therapist's license independently through your state's licensing board
• Ask therapists directly about their credentials and cultural competency experience
• Trust your own judgment when selecting a provider

We reserve the right to remove any therapist listing that violates our community standards, contains false information, or is otherwise deemed harmful to our users, at our sole discretion.

7. Therapist Subscription Terms

Therapists who join Aura Healing Hub as founding members agree to the following:

• Subscription fee: $49 per month, billed monthly.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Founding member pricing: Therapists who join during the beta period are eligible for a locked founding member rate. This rate is subject to change if the therapist cancels and re-subscribes at a later date.
• Profile accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your profile, including credentials, specialties, availability, and contact information.
• Community standards: By listing on Aura Healing Hub, you agree to uphold the dignity, safety, and cultural respect our communities deserve. Profiles found to be misleading, harmful, or in violation of these standards will be removed without refund.

Aura Healing Hub is not responsible for the outcome of any client-therapist relationship established through the platform. Therapists are independent professionals and are solely responsible for their own practice, licensure, and ethical compliance.

8. User Conduct

By using Aura Healing Hub, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Harass, intimidate, or harm other users or therapists
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without written permission
• Use the platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these standards, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

9. Testimonials and Reviews

Testimonials displayed on Aura Healing Hub represent the individual experiences of early beta participants. Individual results may vary. Testimonials are not guarantees of outcomes. They do not constitute endorsements of specific therapists or clinical outcomes.

Community reviews submitted by users reflect personal experiences and opinions. Aura Healing Hub does not verify the accuracy of user-submitted reviews and is not responsible for their content. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community standards.

10. HIPAA and Health Data

Aura Healing Hub is a technology platform, not a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) as an independent business. Forma Nova Sketchbook, LLC has not yet completed HIPAA compliance training and certification as an independent business entity.

We handle all sensitive personal information — including data about cultural background, mental health preferences, and identity — with care and discretion, as described in our Privacy Policy. However, users should be aware that the platform is not currently operating under a HIPAA Business Associate Agreement.

Any therapeutic relationship you establish with a provider through this platform is governed by that provider's own HIPAA obligations and privacy practices, not ours.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Aura Healing Hub — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, text, graphics, and platform functionality — is the property of Forma Nova Sketchbook, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.

Therapists and users retain ownership of any content they submit to the platform (such as profile information or reviews) but grant Aura Healing Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use that content in connection with operating the Services.

12. Limitation of Liability

This includes but is not limited to:

• The quality, outcome, or safety of any therapy or counseling you receive through a provider found on our platform
• Any inaccuracies in therapist profiles or credentials
• Any harm arising from reliance on AI matching suggestions
• Any harm arising from a crisis or emergency situation where the platform was relied upon
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of platform Services
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forma Nova Sketchbook, LLC and its members, officers, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Any content you submit to the platform
• Your violation of any rights of another person or entity

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Aura Healing Hub shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio. By using our Services, you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users — for example, via a notice on the platform or by email if you have opted in to communications.

Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
